摘  要:将试制的3批细小病毒病、猪伪狂犬病二联灭活疫苗(批号201601、201602和201603),置于2~8℃冰箱内保存,间隔3、6、9、12和15个月后,分别取出进行疫苗的性状和效力检验,以确定疫苗的稳定性和保存期。结果,疫苗经保存15个月后,物理性状符合现行《中国兽药典》标准;疫苗接种豚鼠进行猪细小病毒部分的效力检验,HI抗体效价均≥1:64,对照鼠HI效价≤1:8;疫苗接种猪伪狂犬病毒中和抗体阴性健康猪进行猪伪狂犬病毒部分效力检验,血清中和指数均≥316,表明接种猪能产生对猪伪狂犬病毒坚强免疫力。试验结果表明,疫苗于2~8℃保存15个月的过程中,稳定性良好,物理性状无变化,免疫效力未降低,保存期达到15个月。Three batches of parvovirus disease and the two inactivated vaccine of swine pseudorabies (batch No. 201601, 201602 and 201603) were stored in the refrigerator at 2~8 ℃, and after 3, 6, 9, 12 and 15 months respectively, the characteristics and potency of the vaccine were tested to determine the stability and shelf life of the vaccine. After 15 months of preservation, the physical characteristics of the vaccine were in line with the current Chinese veterinary pharmacopoeia standard. The efficacy of the vaccine inoculated guinea pigs for partial detection of porcine parvovirus was higher than that of the control group. The titer of HI antibody was more than 1..64, the HI of the control mice was less than 1..8, and the vaccine was inoculated with the porcine pseudorabies virus neutralizing antibody. Efficacy tests showed that the serum neutralization index was more than 316, indicating that pigs inoculated with pigs could produce strong immunity against pseudorabies virus. The results showed that the vaccine had good stability, no change in physical properties, no decrease in immune efficacy and a shelf life of 15 months.
