县级医院医患纠纷人民调解的实证研究

摘　　要：目的为更好的保护患者和医疗机构的合法权益,对医患纠纷人民调解进行实证研究。方法通过文献法,对某医院运用人民调解处理医患纠纷的现状进行调查研究,通过收集数据,分析存在的问题,探讨应对的策略。结果某医院近5年来,约40%的赔偿纠纷都是通过人民调解解决,经第三方人民调解越来越被医患双方所接受。结论医患纠纷人民调解工作作为有效化解医患纠纷的新模式,其中立、便捷、高效的优势逐渐显现,但其长足发展需要政府的政策、资金支持,需要通过借助多渠道的宣传,提高医患双方的知晓度、认可度、依从度,并通过建立一支稳定、专业、经验丰富的调解员队伍,来不断巩固其取得的成果。Objective In order to better protect the legitimate rights and interests of patients and medical institutions, an empirical study was conducted on the mediation of doctor-patient disputes among the people. Methods Through the literature method, this paper investigates and studies the current situation of people's mediation in the treatment of doctor-patient disputes in a hospital,through data collection, analyzes the data, analyzes the existing problems, and discusses the coutermeasures. Results In the past five years, about 40 % of compensation disputes in a hospital have been resolved through people's mediation. The mediation of third parties has increasingly been accepted by both doctors and patients. Conclusion As a new model for effectively resolving medical and patient disputes, the people's mediation of medical and patient disputes is becoming more neutral, convenient and efficient. However, its rapid development requires the support of the government's policies and funds, and it needs to be promoted through multiple channels. Improve the awareness, recognition, and compliance of both doctors and patients, and continue to consolidate their achievements through the establishment of a stable, professional and experienced team of mediators.
