摘 要:目的探讨阴道分泌物革兰氏染色的检测结果分析。方法选择2015年6月—2018年4月期间我院妇科门诊就诊的阴道炎患者120例,分别使用生理盐水法、革兰氏染色法检验阴道分泌物,对比分析两种方法的检测结果。结果革兰氏染色法对阴道分泌物的总检出率为100.00%,生理盐水法对阴道分泌物的总检出率为50.83%,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。两种方法的阴道清洁度对比差异,差异没有统计学意义(P> 0.05)。结论革兰氏染色法具有操作简单、快速、经济等优点,妇女阴道分泌物中真菌检出率更高,可有效减少漏诊、误诊率,可为临床诊疗提供科学的参考依据。Objective To investigate the detection results of vaginal secretions in Gram staining. Methods From June 2015 to April 2018, 120 patients with vaginitis in gynecological outpatient department of our hospital were selected. The vaginal secretions were examined by normal saline method and Gram's staining method, and the results of the two methods were compared and analyzed. Results The total detection rate of vaginal secretion by Gram staining was 100.00%, and that by normal saline was 50.83%. The difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). There was no significant difference in vaginal cleanliness between the two methods, with no statistical significance (P > 0.05). Conclusion Gram staining method has the advantages of simple, rapid and economical operation. The detection rate of fungi in vaginal secretions of women is higher. It can effectively reduce the rate of missed diagnosis and misdiagnosis. It can provide scientific reference for clinical diagnosis and treatment, and is worthy of further clinical application.
