桉柠蒎肠溶软胶囊对鼻窦炎引起PNDs的疗效探讨

摘　　要：目的分析桉柠蒎肠溶软胶囊治疗慢性鼻窦炎引起的鼻后滴漏综合征(PNDs)的临床效果。方法选取2016年3月-2018年3月在本院耳鼻喉科就诊并随访的130例慢性鼻窦炎引起的鼻后滴漏综合征的患者,将患者随机分为两组,每组各65例。对照组(糠酸莫米松鼻喷雾剂喷鼻+0.9%氯化钠溶液冲洗鼻腔),治疗组在对照组治疗基础上加用桉柠蒎肠溶软胶囊,(4~10岁儿童0.12 g/次),连续应用4周。对比分析两组患者在咳嗽和咽部症状的评估、鼻内镜和纤维鼻咽镜检查、糖精试验的表现等。结果两组患者在3个方面均有所改善,与对照组相比,治疗组改善效果更为明显(P<0.05)。治疗后均未发生明显并发症。所有病例均随访超过6个月,效果满意。结论桉柠蒎肠溶软胶囊治疗慢性鼻窦炎引起的鼻后滴漏综合征临床效果确切。Objective To analyze the clinical effect of Eucalyptol Limonene and Pinene Enteric Soft Capsules in the treatment of postnasal drainage syndrome (PNDs) caused by chronic rhinitis and sinusitis. Methods A total of 130 patients with postnasal drainage syndrome caused by chronic sinusitis were enrolled in our otolaryngology department from March 2016 to March 2018. The patients were randomly divided into two groups of 65 patients. The control group (momethasone furoate nasal spray + 0.9% sodium chloride solution was used to rinse the nasal cavity), and the treatment group was treated with the Eucalyptol Limonene and Pinene Enteric Soft Capsules (0.12 g/time for children aged 4 ~ 10 years) on the basis of the control group for 4 weeks. The evaluation of cough and pharyngeal symptoms, the results of nasal endoscopy and fiber nasopharyngoscopy, and saccharin test were compared between the two groups. Results The performance of the two groups improved in three aspects, and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). The effect of the treatment group was more obvious (P < 0.05). The total effective rate of the treatment group was significantly higher (P < 0.05). No significant complications occurred after treatment. All cases were followed up for more than 6 months, and the results were satisfactory. Conclusion The clinical effect of Eucalyptol Limonene and Pinene Enteric Soft Capsules in the treatment of postnasal drainage syndrome caused by chronic rhinitis and sinusitis is definite.
