摘　　要：目的分析吸食冰毒强制戒毒患者睡眠障碍发生的影响因素,并提出相应护理措施。方法回顾性分析203例吸食冰毒戒毒患者资料,其中有69例患者睡眠障碍,设为发生组,其余134例设为未发生组,通过收集患者性别、年龄、民族、文化水平、职业、婚姻、目前吸烟、吸毒方式、吸毒年龄、抑郁情绪等信息进行研究,总结睡眠障碍流行病学特征。结果经单因素分析,文化程度、婚姻、职业、吸毒方式、吸毒种类、抑郁情绪为影响睡眠障碍的相关因素;经多因素分析,吸毒方式、吸毒种类、抑郁情绪为影响睡眠障碍的主要流行病学特征。结论吸食冰毒强制戒毒患者由于吸毒方式和抑郁情绪为睡眠障碍主要影响因素,因此,护理人员应全面向患者普及吸食毒品的弊端和风险。Objective To analyze the influencing factors of sleep disorders in compulsory detoxification of methamphetamine addicts,and put forward corresponding nursing measures.Methods A retrospective analysis was made of 203 cases of drug addiction and abstinence from methamphetamine.Among them,69 cases suffered from sleep disorders and 134 cases were set as the occurrence group,while 134 cases were set as the non-occurrence group.The data of sex,age,nationality,educational level,occupation,marriage,current smoking,drug use mode,age of drug abuse and depression were collected for study.To summarize the epidemiological characteristics of sleep disorders.Results By univariate analysis,education,marriage,occupation,drug abuse mode,drug abuse type and depression were the related factors affecting sleep disorder;by multivariate analysis,drug abuse mode,drug abuse type and depression were the main epidemiological characteristics affecting sleep disorder.Conclusion Because drug use and depression are the main factors affecting sleep disorders in compulsory detoxification of methamphetamine addicts,nurses should popularize the abuses and risks of drug abuse to patients in an all-round way.
