摘 要:目的探究超声支气管镜引导针吸活检术中应用护理健康教育路径方法及效果。方法选取24例在本院接受超声支气管镜引导针吸活检术的患者做为本次研究的观察对象,随机分为对照组和观察组各12例,对照组应用传统口头教育,观察组应用护理健康教育路径,比较两组患者的应用效果。结果不良反应发生率相较于观察组,对照组患者较高(P<0.05);观察组患者的手术成功率高于对照组(P<0.05);而知识认知情况和配合度相较于对照组,观察组的评分均较高(P<0.05)。结论在超声支气管镜引导针吸活检术中应用护理健康教育路径的效果显著。Objective To apply nursing health education path method and effect in ultrasound bronchoscopy guided needle biopsy.Methods 24 patients at our hospital bronchoscope ultrasound guided needle aspiration oriented study in patients with the observation object,and the control group were randomly divided into 12 cases were observed in each group,the control group with conventional oral education,education observation path set by health care Comparative two groups of patients effect.Results The incidence of adverse reactions were observed compared to the group,the control group were higher(P<0.05).Patients with higher success rate in observation group(P<0.05).Knowledge of cognition and fit as compared to control group,the observation group scores were higher(P<0.05).Conclusion Bronchoscopic ultrasound guided needle aspiration biopsy with health education path effect is remarkable.
