摘 要:目的紧紧围绕重症监护患者采用留置尿管相关性尿路感染目标管理的临床效果和临床质量,为下一阶段管理工作提供科学参考依据。方法以本院重症监护科室2018年11月-2019年5月所收治的90例患者作为主要研究对象,将其按照对照组(45例)和观察组(45例)进行随机分配,其中对照组45例患者采用常规管理,而观察组患者则在常规护理的基础上加以目标管理,并对两组患者留置尿管相关性尿路感染率以及将护理满意度进行综合对比分析。结果观察组患者在经过10d的管理干预后,尿路感染率明显下降;从管理满意度来看,对照组总满意率略低于观察组(P<0.05)。结论重症监护室是医院院内感染的高发科室,将留置尿管相关性尿路感染目标管理措施应用于重症监护患者中,不但可有效应对整体感染率,且在某种程度上有利于重症监护患者对管理满意度的有效提升,是我院综合管理质量和水平提升的有效途径。Objective To focus on the clinical effect and quality of objective management of urinary tract infection with indwalling catheter in intensive care patients, and to provide scientific reference for the next stage of management. Methods Ninety patients in the intensive care unit of our hospital from November 2018 to May 2019 were randomly assigned to the control group (45 cases) and the observation group (45 cases). 45 patients in the control group were managed by routine management, while those in the observation group were managed by objective management on the basis of routine nursing. The rates of urinary tract infection associated with indwelling catheter and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were comprehensively compared and analyzed. Results After 10 days of management intervention, the urinary tract infection rate in the observation group was lower than that in the control group. In terms of management satisfaction, the total satisfaction rate of the control group was slightly lower than that of the observation group (P < 0.05). Conclusion Intensive care unit is a high-risk department of hospital nosocomial infection, the correlation between urinary tract infection placing a urinary catheter target management measures applied in the intensive care patients, not only can effectively cope with the overall infection rate, and to some extent conducive to the intensive care patients improved on management satisfaction, is our effective way to promote the comprehensive management quality and level.
