摘  要:为研究非提取类中药行业挥发性有机物(VOCs)排放成分谱、排放浓度及处理效率,以珠三角某典型非提取类中药生产企业为研究对象,对粉碎、炒药、沸腾干燥、微波干燥及包衣等工序排放的VOCs进行了监测和特征分析,并采用气相色谱-质谱分析方法(GC-FID/MS),对上述各工序排放的VOCs进行了定性和定量分析。结果表明,粉碎、炒药、沸腾干燥、微波干燥、包衣等工序排放的VOCs组分介于16~44种之间,总VOCs质量浓度介于0.99~60.53 mg/m^3之间。除粉碎工序外,其余各工序VOCs总浓度均以乙醇组分浓度为主,占比介于42.9%~97.0%,平均占比81.9%。通过处理前后VOCs浓度对比,获得不同生产工序的VOCs治理效率:炒药工艺(-39.9%),2#车间沸腾工艺(93.4%),3#车间沸腾工艺(-1.8%),2#车间微波干燥(22.8%),消渴丸产品微波干燥(0.4%),华丸产品微波干燥(-3.9%)。In order to study the emission spectrum, emission concentration and treatment efficiency of volatile organic compounds (VOCs) in non-extracted Chinese medicine industry, a typical non-extracted traditional Chinese medicine manufacturer in the Pearl River Delta was studied, the VOCs emission from the pulverizing, herbal medicine roasting, fluid drying, microwave drying and coating were monitored and characterized. The Gas Chromatography Mass Spectrometry (GC-FID/MS) method was used to qualitatively and quantitatively analyze the VOCs emission from the above processes. The results showed that the VOCs components from pulverization, herbal medicine roasting, fluid drying, microwave drying and coating were between 16 and 44, and the total VOCs concentration ranged from 0.99 to 60.53 mg/m^3. Except for the pulverization process, the total concentration of VOCs in the other processes was mainly ethanol concentration, accounting for 42.9%~97.0%, with an average ratio of 81.9%. Through the VOCs before and after processing, the VOCs treatment efficiency of different production processes can be obtained: the herbal medicine roasting process (-39.9%), the 2# workshop fluid drying process (93.4%), the 3# workshop fluid drying process (-1.8%), and the 2# workshop microwave drying (22.8%), Xiaoke Pills products microwave drying (0.4%), Huawan Pills products microwave drying (-3.9%).
