摘　　要：分析江苏省生态工业园区建设及管理现状,围绕科学动态评估生态工业园区的建设水平、有效提升园区环境管理水平等问题,研究建立江苏省生态工业园区分级评估指标体系。指标体系包括环境管理、产业共生、能源资源节约、污染物排放降低、信息公开等5大类17项指标,具体分为3个等级。江苏省某国家级经济技术开发区2016年达到一星、二星、三星标准的指标分别占60%,13.3%和26.7%,符合该开发区当年生态工业园区建设水平。This paper analyzes the status quo of the construction and management of eco-industrial parks in Jiangsu province, and studies the establishment of a hierarchical evaluation index system for eco-industrial parks in Jiangsu province, focusing on the scientific dynamic evaluation of the construction level of eco-industrial parks and the effective improvement of the environmental management level.The index system includes 17 indicators in five categories, including environmental management, industrial symbiosis, energy and resource conservation, pollutant emission reduction and information disclosure, and is divided into three levels.A national-level economic and technological development zone in Jiangsu province reached the standards of one-star, two-star and three-star in 2016, accounting for 60%, 13.3% and 26.7%, in line with the level of eco-industrial park construction in the development zone in that year.
