摘 要:为研究海滨锦葵提取物对异育银鲫生长性能及非特异性免疫的影响,以异育银鲫幼鱼为试验对象,在其基础日粮中添加不同水平的海滨锦葵提取物,研究不同水平海滨锦葵提取物对其生长性能、超氧化物歧化酶、溶菌酶、过氧化氢酶活性及丙二醛含量的影响。结果表明,试验组饲料系数显著降低,可有效提高异育银鲫的免疫机能和生长性能。In order to study the effects of extracts of Kostelezkya virginica on growth performance and non-specific immunity of allogynous crucian carp. Different levels of extracts of Kostelezkya virginica were added to the basic diets of allogynous crucian carp. The control group did not add extracts of mallow,the basic diets of treatment group(group I^IV)were added 40 g,80 g,120 g and 160 g extracts of Kostelezkya virginica in turn per ton. The effects of different levels extracts of Kostelezkya virginica on its growth performance,superoxide dismutase,lysozyme,catalase activity and malondialdehyde content were studied. The results showed that the growth performance of allogynous silver crucian carp could be improved in the test group,and the best effect was found in the test group II. Compared with the control group,the feed coefficient decreased significantly to 1.56(P<0.05),17.46%(p < 0.05),44.08%(P<0.05),62.03%(P<0.05),catalase activity increased by 44.44%(P<0.05),and malondialdehyde content decreased by 58.48%(P<0.05). Therefore,the Kostelezkya virginica extracts can effectively improve the immune function and growth performance of allogynous silver crucian carp,and the optimum dosage is 80 mg/kg.
