地方本科院校人文地理与城乡规划专业的社会需求面向探讨——以宿迁学院为例

摘　　要：通过调查宿迁学院人文地理与城乡规划专业2013—2017届毕业生去向,对其历届毕业生去向的总体状况,就业结构和发展趋势进行分析。结果表明,该专业毕业生就业趋势由行政事业单位向现代企业转变为主。调查结果可作为该专业人才培养方案优化和教育教学改革的重要依据,也为明确应用型人才培养定位提供参考。Based on employment statistical data of the employment of undergraduate graduates of the Human Geography & Urban-Rural Planning major in Suqian College from 2013 to 2017,the general characteristics,employment structure and development trend of the employment of these graduates were analyzed. The results show that the employment trend of undergraduate students of this major is transformation mainly from administrative institutions to modern enterprises. The research results can lay the foundation for optimization of the talent training program and the reform of professional education,and will provide reference for determination of the orientation of application-oriented talent training.
