摘　　要：在开放经济条件下,投资国可主动向被投资国进行直接投资以获取国外先进技术并传递回本国,从而促进本国技术进步和产业升级,但这取决于本国对先进技术的吸收能力。利用2008-2016年中国省级面板数据,采用多种方式测度产业结构来反映产业升级,以技术差距、对外开放程度、经济发展水平、金融发展水平、R&D研发强度、人力资本表示吸收能力构建PSTR模型,考察吸收能力对我国对美直接投资逆向技术溢出作用于产业升级的影响。结果表明:(1)现阶段我国对美直接投资逆向技术溢出没有显著推动我国产业升级。(2)技术差距、经济发展水平、研发强度、人力资本显著促进了我国对美直接投资逆向技术溢出对国内产业升级的影响。(3)对外开放程度和金融发展水平没有促进我国对美直接投资逆向技术溢出对国内产业升级的影响。(4)由于各省吸收能力存在差异,各省对美直接投资逆向技术溢出对产业升级的影响不同。因此,我国可以适当调整对外直接投资布局,充分发挥我国对外直接投资逆向技术溢出的技术进步与产业升级作用。In this paper, the impact of reverse technology spillover of Chinese OFDI in the US on industrial upgrading was analyzed by using Chinese provincial panel data from 2008 to 2016. At the same time, PSTR model was constructed with absorptive capacity which was expressed by technology gap, degree of opening to the outside world, level of economic development, level of financial development, R&D intensity and human capital to investigate the effect of absorptive capacity. The results show that: First, the reverse technology spillover of Chinese OFDI in the US has not significantly promoted Chinese industrial upgrading. Second, technology gap, economic development level, R&D intensity and human capital have significantly promoted the impact of reverse technology spillover of Chinese OFDI in the US on industrial upgrading. Third, the degree of opening to the outside world and the level of financial development did not promote the impact of reverse technology spillover of Chinese OFDI in the US on industrial upgrading. Last, due to the differences in the absorptive capacity of different provinces, the impact of reverse technology spillover of OFDI in the United States on industrial upgrading is different.
