智慧城市建设背景下土地利用规划设计的GIS技术应用

摘　　要：土地利用规划设计过程中,规划设计的科学性与动态性、规划手段的现代化都对GIS技术的应用提出要求,结合理论与实践经验,将GIS中应用最广的ArcGIS作为技术平台,以数据库建设为例,对其在土地利用规划设计中的关键技术进行研究,并进一步明确GIS技术的发展趋势,针对智慧城市建设进程中城市土地利用及其规划规存在的各类问题,GIS技术应与这些问题相互补充与促进,实现土地利用的可持续发展。In the process of land-use planning and design,the scientific and dynamic nature of planning and design,and the modernization of planning methods all require the application of GIS technology.Combining with theory and practical experience,the paper takes ArcGIS as technology platform which is the most widely used technology platform in GIS,and takes database establishment as an example,researches its key technologies in land use planning design and further clarifies the development trend of GIS Technology.In view of the problems existing in urban land use and planning rules in the process of smart city construction,GIS technology should complement and promote these problems to achieve sustainable land use development.
