摘  要:控制染液pH值的稳定性对染色后颜色的稳定性和染色重现性而言十分重要。为寻找合适的分散染料缓冲体系,比较了目前分散染料高温高压染色中常用的5种缓冲体系,分析了这5种不同缓冲体系及其对染色颜色稳定性的影响。研究发现,稳定剂T45是优良的缓冲体系。The pH value stability of dyeing environment is important for color stability and dyeing reproducibility. In order to find a suitable buffer system for disperse dyes, this paper compared five dyeing buffer systems of disperse dyes which were commonly used in high temperature and pressure. The characteristic of the five buffer systems and their effects on the color stability of dyeing were analyzed. The results show that the stabilizer T45 is an excellent buffer system.
