摘  要:一种以DSP为控制核心,基于LLC谐振变换器拓扑的多用途锂电池光伏充电DC-DC变换器,通过手动调节旋钮对电压电流采样信号进行控制,该变换器可以实现电压、电流连续可调的功能,以匹配多种规格型号的锂电池,满足其充电需求,最大充电功率可达1000W。分析了全桥LLC谐振变换器的原理,介绍了充电器的系统控制结构和控制方式。最后搭建了一台实验样机,可对任意额定电压范围为10~26V的锂电池进行充电,验证了该文设计的合理性和可行性。Based on the topology of LLC resonant converter and DSP as the control core, a multi-purpose lithium battery photovoltaic DC-DC converter was designed. The voltage and current sampling signal could be controlled by the manual adjustment knob. The converter could realize the voltage continuous adjustable, current adjustable function continuous to match a variety of specifications models of lithium batteries to meet their charging needs, and the maximum charging power up to 1 000 W. The principle of full bridge LLC resonant converter was analyzed, and the system control structure and control mode of charger were introduced. A test prototype, could be any rated voltage range of 10~26 V lithium battery charge, was set up, and the rationality of this design was verified.
