摘 要:板片空间结构是由薄板及钢管组合而成的一种轻质高强的,综合并吸收其他空间结构体系优点的一种空间结构体系,该结构是航天结构两大设计原则在土建行业中的应用成果。将板片空间结构运用到实际结构中,则需要对该结构的基本概念、设计计算方法等内容有一定的认识。文章根据前人的研究成果,介绍了板片空间结构的结构原理、结构形式,简述了该结构的受力分析方法、初始缺陷的研究等相关内容,提出目前板片空间结构中关于初始缺陷分析这一方面有待解决的问题:研究安装应力对板片空间结构的影响,如何对安装应力的影响定性定量,以及对一致缺陷模态法等分析方法进一步研究以扩大这些方法的适用范围等方面。Sheet space structure is a kind of light weight and high strength structure system composed of thin plates and steel tubes,which integrates and absorbs the advantages of other space structure systems. This structure is the application result of two design principles of aviation field in civil engineering field. In order to apply the sheet space structure to the actual structure,it is necessary to have a certain understanding of the basic concept,design and calculation method of the structure and so on. Based on the previous research results,the paper introduces the structure principle and the type of structure,and briefly describes the force analysis method of the structure,the study of the initial defect,and so on. In the paper,it is pointed out that the problems need to be solved in the initial defect analysis of sheet space structure at present are to study the influence of installation stress on sheet space structure,how to qualitatively and quantitatively analyze installation stress,and to further study the analytical methods such as consistent imperfect buckling analysis method to expand the scope of application of these methods.
