摘 要:桂林机场二期屋盖结构,造型较为独特,构件截面较为复杂,主受力拱支撑以及曲面屋盖采取分片吊装,需设置较多支撑,形成施工过程中的支座作用,且施工过程中屋盖刚度是逐步形成,导致整个施工过程与最后设计使用状态边界条件及内力差异较大。针对此种情况,对2种不同的施工方案进行施工过程中的模拟分析比对,得出最符合现场实际情况的施工方案。研究表明:钢结构的安装施工,以及卸载的顺序在施工过程中较为重要。选择合理的施工顺序将会极大的降低结构在安装过程中的风险,提高工程的安全度。The roof structure of Guilin Airport Phase II is unique in shape and complicated in section. The main arch support and curved roof are hoisted in segments. More supports are needed to form the supporting role in the construction process,and the roof stiffness is gradually formed during the construction process,which leads to the whole construction process and the final design usage. The boundary conditions and internal forces are quite different. In view of this situation,this paper mainly carries on the simulation analysis and comparison of two different construction schemes in the construction process,and obtains the construction scheme most in line with the actual situation of the site. The research shows that the installation and construction of steel structure and the sequence of unloading are more important in the construction process. Choosing a reasonable construction sequence will greatly reduce the risk of the structure in the process of installation and improve the safety of the project.
