摘  要:以丙烯酰胺(AM)、自制的阳离子单体(E-AM)及二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵(DMDAAC)为原料,以聚乙二醇(PEG)水溶液为分散剂,氧化还原剂为引发剂,采用双水相聚合法合成了三元共聚阳离子型聚丙烯酰胺乳液P(AM/E-AM/DMDAAC)。用FT-IR对其结构进行表征,并对聚合物稳定性、残留单体及絮凝效果进行评价。实验结果表明,AM为20g,E-AM为4g,DMDAAC为1.8g,w(单体)=17%,获得的乳液产品溶解速度快,黏度低、稳定性好,使用方便,单体残留量小于0.9%。对模拟污水,聚合物添加量为4mg·L-1时表现出很好的絮凝效果。Ternary copolymerized cationic polyacrylamide emulsion P(AM/E-AM/DMDAAC) was synthesized by aqueous two-phase polymerization with raw materials of acrylamide (AM), E-AM and dimethyl diallyl ammonium chloride (DMDAAC), using polyethylene glycol (PEG) as dispersant, using oxygenant and reducer as initiator. It’s structure was characterized by FT-IR, the stability, residual monomer and flocculation effect were evaluated. The results indicated that AM was 20 g, E-AM was 4 g, DMDAAC was 1.8 g, w(monomer)=16%, the emulsion product had the advantages of fast dissolution, low viscosity, good stability, convenient use, and monomer residue less than 0.9%. For simulated wastewater, polymer adding amount of 4 mg·L-1 showed good flocculating effect.
