四喷嘴对置式水煤浆加压气化系统的能量衡算与?分析

摘  要:以运行8年、经受了长期工业运行的考验的1150t/d四喷嘴水煤浆气化装置为例,采用能量衡算和[火用]分析的方法对水煤浆气化过程的能量利用情况进行分析,计算了气化系统的[火用]损失和液化过程的[火用]效率。结果表明:1150t/d四喷嘴气化炉煤气化的热效率为95.90%,[火用]效率为87.96%,目的[火用]效率为87.84%,处于同类装置的中上水平。Taking 1150 t/d CWS gasification with opposed multi-burner unit as an example,that has run eight years and stood the test of long-term industrial operation, energy utilization for coal water slurry gasification process has been analyzed and exergy losing and the exergy efficiency of gasification unit has been calculated on the basis of energy balance and exergy analysis. The results showed, the thermal efficiency was 95.90%,the exergy efficiency was 87.96% and the project's exergy efficiency was 87.84% of 1150 t/d CWS gasification with opposed multi-burner unit.It is above average in similar units.
