摘 要:选用锦纶纱线与氨纶纱线为原料编织纬编空气层织物,并利用其中空的特点,填充可发性聚苯乙烯(EPS)颗粒,设计并制备纬编空气层点阵结构缓冲织物。对有无填充材料及不同组织类型的纬编空气层点阵结构缓冲织物的舒适性能及力学性能进行分析。结果表明:相较于无填充的纬编空气层点阵结构缓冲织物,填充有可发性聚苯乙烯的纬编空气层点阵结构缓冲织物的透气率和透湿率得到较大提升,其冲击最大接触力可减少450N,缓冲吸收能量提升至6.01J以上。有填充的纬编空气层点阵结构缓冲织物具有良好的服用舒适性能和力学防护性能,可用于开发柔性可穿戴类防护材料,具有潜在的应用前景。The weft-knitted air layer fabrics were knitted by choosing the nylon yarns and the spandex yarns as raw materials, and then the cushioning fabrics with weft-knitted air layer lattice structure were designed and prepared by filling the exploitable polystyrene (EPS) particles with the characteristics of empty space.The comfort performance and mechanical properties of different structure types of weft-knitted air layer lattice structure cushioning fabrics with or without filler materials were analyzed. The results showed that, comparing with the weft-knitted air layer lattice structure cushioning fabrics without filler materials, the air permeability and the moisture permeability of the weft-knitted air layer lattice structure cushioning fabrics filled with EPS presented distinct improvement, the maximum contact stress of buffer could be reduced by 450 N, and the energy absorption increased to over 6.01 J. The weft-knitted air layer lattice structure cushioning fabrics filled with EPS had good wearing comfort performance and mechanical protection performance, which could be used to develop flexible wearable protective materials and had potential application prospect.
