摘　　要：高等教育哲学是一种高等教育综合理论,是一种个性化的高等教育理论形态,是一种通盘考虑高等教育世界的视界和思维,是一种高等教育智慧之学。高等教育哲学的力量是多重理性力量的“整体涌现”;高等教育哲学与高等教育学其他分支学科在系统中整体生成;高等教育哲学的生发离不开高等教育土壤的滋养;高等教育哲学不是“已有”而是“方成”,不是“事实”而是“过程”;高等教育、高等教育学和哲学相互倚辅。每一个国家的高等教育哲学有着自身的历史生态,中国的高等教育哲学研究正在蓄势待发,高等教育哲学理论体系的构建在孕育之中,完备的高等教育哲学学科还处在蛰伏状态。大凡高等教育哲学著作理当兑现以下承诺:培养高等教育哲学的学科意识和学科立场,形成正确的高等教育哲学观,树立高等教育哲学方法论意识,引导高等教育学进行自我反省和自我批判,催生元高等教育学或高等教育学元研究。The philosophy of higher education is a kind of comprehensive theory of higher education, a kind of personalized theoretical form of higher education, a kind of vision and thinking that considers the world of higher education in a comprehensive way, a kind of higher education wisdom. The power of philosophy of higher education is the “whole emergence” of multiple rational powers;The philosophy of higher education and other sub-disciplines of higher education are generated as a whole in the system;The origin of philosophy of higher education can not be separated from the nourishment of the soil of higher education;The philosophy of higher education is not “existing” but “forming”, not “fact” but “process”;Higher education, higher pedagogy and philosophy are mutually dependent. The philosophy of higher education in each country has its own historical ecology. The study of philosophy of higher education in China is gaining momentum. The construction of philosophy of higher education theory system is in the process, and the complete discipline of philosophy of higher education is still in a state of stagnation. The publications of philosophy of higher education should fulfill the following commitments: to cultivate the disciplinary consciousness and disciplinary perspective of philosophy of higher education, to form a correct philosophy of higher education, to establish a methodological awareness of philosophy of higher education, to guide self-reflection and self-criticism in higher education, and to promote the meta-pedagogy and metastudy of higher education.
