摘 要:针对目前吉长成品油管道界面跟踪计算结果偏差较大的现状,提出了考虑沿线油品温度变化的界面跟踪计算方法。以管道中实时输送的不同类别油品段为研究对象,取邻近的油温监测点数据作为油品段端点油温,确定各油品段的平均温度,求解平均密度,将平均密度代入计算从而得到界面到达末站时间。选取了多组工况进行计算对比,结果表明:考虑沿线油温变化的界面跟踪计算方法有效减小了界面到达末站预判时间与实际时间的偏差,建议在进行吉长管道油品界面跟踪计算时考虑沿线油温的影响。In order to reduce the deviation of interface tracking to the oil batch in Jichang product pipeline, a method based on influence of temperature was put forward to track oil batch interface.The oil in pipeline was divided into sections by different types, the adjacent temperature of monitoring site was chosen as the endpoint temperature of each section,then worked out the average temperature and density that was used to compute the arriving time of interface to terminal. Compared the calculation results of different operating conditions,it shows that the batch interface tracking calculation considering temperature effects more availably reduces deviation between anticipating time of interface arriving to terminal and actual time.It is recommended to pay attention to the temperature effects while calculating interface in Jichang product pipeline.
