摘 要:随着煤气化技术的应用与发展,目前shell粉煤气化装置湿洗塔的稳定性也逐渐成为限制技术应用与发展的重要因素之一。结合技术特征与发展现状,文章首先分析了shell粉煤气化装置湿洗系统的定义与技术内容,其次对shell粉煤气化装置湿洗塔口超温对激冷气压缩机进口管线腐蚀影响情况进行了探讨,结合shell粉煤气化装置湿洗塔出口超温现状进行了原因解析,希望能够有效提升湿洗效果,确保煤气化处理的品质。With the application and development of coal gasification technology, the stability of wet scrubber in Shell pulverized coal gasification unit has gradually become one of the important factors restricting the application and development of technology. Combining with the technical characteristics and development status, this paper firstly analyses the definition and technical content of the wet scrubber system of Shell pulverized coal gasification unit, secondly discusses the influence of the over-temperature of the wet scrubber outlet of Shell pulverized coal gasification unit on the corrosion of the inlet pipeline of chilled gas compressor, and then analyzes the causes of the over-temperature at the outlet of the wet scrubber of Shell pulverized coal gasification unit, hoping to effectively enhance the effect of wet cleaning and ensure the quality of coal gasification treatment.
