摘 要:总结分析了国内外冷再生路面结构设计方法,对路表弯沉及冷再生层底拉应力关键设计参数进行分析。分析得出:设计时,严格控制不同层位当量回弹模量取值、材料模量比等指标。在再生层厚度方面,沥青面层厚度一定时,原路强度越大,弯沉和层底拉应力受再生层厚度影响越小。当强度相同时,再生层厚度每增加5cm,层底拉应力减少0.01~0.05MPa。强度越大,层底拉应力减少越不明显。当旧路强度和面层厚度不变时,再生层厚度越大,弯沉和层底拉应力越小,弯沉降低5~10(0.01mm),层底拉应力降低0.17~0.2MPa。旧路强度和再生层厚度一定时,层底拉应力在0.02~0.07MPa较小范围内变化。In this paper, the design method of cold recycled pavement structure at home and abroad has been summed up and analyzed, and the key design parameters of road surface deflection and cold recovery layer bottom tensile stress have been analyzed.The analysis has shown that: when designing, strictly control the value of different layer equivalent elastic modulus, material modulus ratio and other indicators;in the thickness of the recycled layer, the thickness of the asphalt surface is certain, the strength of the original road is greater, the deflection and tensile stress ofthe layer bottomis less affected by the thickness of the regenerated layer.When the strength is the same, the tensile stress of the layer is reduced by 0.01-0.05 MPa for every 5 cm increase in the thickness of the regenerated layer.The greater the strength, the less obvious the reduction of the tensile stress at the bottom of the layer.When the strength of the old road and the thickness of the surface layer are constant, the greater the thickness of the regeneration layer is, the smaller the reduction of deflection stressof the layerbottom will be, the lower the deflection by 5-10 (0.01 mm), and the lower tensile stress of the layer is reduced by 0.17-0.2 MPa.When the strength of the old road and the thickness of the recycled layer are constant, the tensile stress of the layer varies within a small range of 0.02-0.07 MPa.
