摘  要:金门隧道是G78汕昆高速公路龙怀段的控制性工程之一,是广东省目前最长的高速公路隧道,下穿滑水山自然保护区。该隧址区水文地质复杂、富水、岩溶发育。在施工过程中,揭露多处溶洞、数次遭遇岩溶大量涌水,严重影响施工安全及周边环境。在涌水处治过程中,探查涌水源及涌水特性,采取“超前帷幕注浆”“径向后注浆”“抗水压衬砌”等多种处治措施。工程实践表明,项目所采用的岩溶涌水处治技术切实有效,对粤北山区富水岩溶涌水条件下的隧道建设具有一定的借鉴意义。Jinmen tunnel is one of the control projects in the Longchuan to Huaiji Section of G78 Shantou to Kunming Expressway.Since the excavation of the tunnel, karst caves and water bursting out from the tunnel face have been encountered for many times, construction safety and surrounding environment have been seriously threatened.In the process of water gushing treatment, sources and characteristics of each water gushing locationhave been identified, and treatment technologies such as “water pressure lining”,“advanced curtain grouting”,“waterproof and drainage structure” and so on have been adopted, so the Karst water gushing section has been overcome safely.The engineering practice has proved that the water gushing treatment technology in the Karst tunnel in the low hills and hilly areas is effective, and the purpose of safe excavation and operation under complicatedKarst conditions with high pressure and rich water gushing has been realized.
