摘 要:借助有限元仿真方法,研究了一种由大面积截面损失缺陷演变形成的宽槽型裂纹缺陷几何形状特征及其漏磁场分布特点。对比分析了宽槽型缺陷与常规裂纹的漏磁场轴向分量波形特征区别,以及台阶型缺陷其及标准波形特征,并从空间多提离值情况下分析了台阶型缺陷的缺陷壁独立作用对漏磁场的影响。研究结果表明,独立出现的台阶型缺陷壁对漏磁场的形成具有决定性作用,也是宽槽型缺陷轴向波形中心部位在小提离值时出现两个波峰一个波谷的原因。Both the geometrical characteristics and the magnetic leakage field distribution of a wide slot crack which could be developed by a large area loss defect in steel pipes are studied by means of finite element simulation. The waveform characteristic difference of the axial component of the magnetic leakage field produced by the wide-groove defect and the conventional crack are analyzed. And the characteristics and the standard waveform of the step-type defect,the effect of the independent action of the step defect walls on the leakage magnetic field is also analyzed. The results show that the step defect wall independently plays a decisive role in the formation of the leakage magnetic field,which is also the reason why there are two peaks and one trough at the center of the axial waveform of the wide slot defect when the lift off value is small.
