布地奈德/福莫特罗干粉剂与孟鲁司特钠联合治疗咳嗽变异性哮喘的效果分析

摘　　要：目的探讨布地奈德/福莫特罗干粉剂与孟鲁司特钠联合治疗咳嗽变异性哮喘的效果。方法 102例患者均为2017年10月~2018年10月来我院就诊的咳嗽变异性哮喘患者,按随机数字表法分为两组,每组51例,对照组用孟鲁司特钠治疗,研究组使用布地奈德/福莫特罗干粉剂联合孟鲁司特钠治疗,两组均连续治疗4周。比较两组临床疗效、症状积分及肺功能。结果研究组的治疗总有效率为92.16%,明显高于对照组的70.59%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后两组临床症状积分均较治疗前明显降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后研究组临床症状评分与对照组比较更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后两组肺功能均较治疗前明显提高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后研究组FEV1、FEV1预计值、FEV1/FVC与对照组比较更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论咳嗽变异性哮喘用布地奈德/福莫特罗干粉剂与孟鲁司特钠联合治疗效果显著,可有效改善患者的临床症状,提高肺功能,建议临床推广应用。Objective To investigate the effect of budesonide/formoterol dry powder combined with montelukast sodium in the treatment of cough variant asthma.Methods 102 patients with cough variant asthma who were admitted to our hospital from October 2017 to October 2018 were selected.They were divided into two groups according to the random number table,with 51 patients in each group.The control group was given montelukast sodium for treatment.The study group was given budesonide/formoterol dry powder combined with montelukast sodium for treatment.Both groups were treated for 4 weeks.The clinical efficacy,symptom scores,and lung function were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate in the study group was 92.16%,which was significantly higher than that of 70.59% in the control group (70.59%).The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the clinical symptom scores in the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);after treatment,the clinical symptom scores in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The lung function in the two groups after treatment was significantly higher than that before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).After treatment,the FEV1 and predicted values of FEV1 in the study group and FEV1/FVC were higher than those in the control group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Budesonide/formoterol dry powder combined with montelukast sodium for cough variant asthma has a significant effect.It can effectively improve patients' clinical symptoms and improve lung function,which is recommended for clinical promotion and application.
