摘  要:互叶白千层Melaleuca alternifolia是著名的药用和芳香植物(Medicinal and aromatic plants, MAPs),其松油醇-4型可以生产茶树油(Tea Tree Oil,TTO),在国际市场上供不应求。综述了松油醇-4型互叶白千层种苗栽培和离体快繁的研究进展,重点论述其生长的立地环境、种植密度、育苗扦插、组织培养、遗传改良等栽培手段,揭示了当前国内互叶白千层引种与研究中存在缺乏专用肥研制、规模化栽培较少、同属植物类型分辨不清和区域立地条件标准不够规范等问题,并对未来的研究热点和方向做出展望,如配肥、扦插、引种后性状差异性和遗传控制等方面需加强研究,因互叶白千层的两栖属性及其速生林种属性,应开展南方湿地水土保持林建设和荒山造林的种植栽培实验研究,以期为我国规模化引种栽培互叶白千层提供理论依据。Melaleuca alternifolia is a famous medicinal and aromatic plant(MAPs). It is an economic forest that can produce tea tree oil(TTO) and is in short supply on the international market. The research progress of seed culture and in vitro rapid propagation of terpineol-4 was studied, and its cultivation environment, planting density, cuttings, tissue culture and genetic improvement were discussed.It reveals that the current domestic introduction and research of Melaleuca alternifolia lacks the development of special fertilizers, the cultivation of large areas is small, the types of plants of the same genus are unclear and the regional environmental standards are not standardized, and the future research hotspots and directions are prospected. For example, fertilization, cuttings, trait difference and genetic control after introduction should be strengthened. Because Melaleuca alternifolia is an amphibious plant and a fast-growing forest species, it is necessary to carry out research on planting and cultivation of water and soil conservation forests in the southern wetlands and barren hills afforestation, with a view to The large-scale introduction and cultivation of Melaleuca alternifolia in China provides a theoretical basis.
