摘  要:为探明文冠果种子和果实性状的变异规律,连续3a对内蒙古翁牛特旗390株文冠果进行种实采集并测定相关性状,运用方差分析和相关性分析对12个种实性状进行分析,同时创新性地运用主成分分析、模糊隶属函数法以及多维空间坐标向量综合评定值累加法进行优良单株选择。结果表明:1)参试单株产量性状变异较大,单位投影面积种子产量变异系数最大;种子含油率变异系数较小。2)12个种实性状构成4个主因子,F1为产量因子,F2为含油率因子。3)利用主成分分析法选择高产型、高油型、高产高油型优良单株,WD-375、WD-385、WD-390等9株文冠果在每种选优类型排名都在前10;利用3种方法选择复合型优良单株,总体结果较接近。In order to study the variation pattern of fruit and seed characters in Xanthoceras sorbifolium, fruits and seeds of 390 individuals were collected to measure the related characters for three consecutive years in Inner Mongolia Wengniute Banne. Variance analysis and correlation analysis were used to analyzed the twelve fruit and seed characters. At the same time, principal component analysis, subordinate-function-value method and multidimensional coordinate-synthetic-evaluation method were creatively used to select superior individuals. The results showed as follows: 1) There were great variations in yield charactersamong individuals. The highest variation coefficientwas observed inseed yield per unit projective area, while relatively low variation coefficientoccurred in seed oil concentration. 2) Twelve fruit and seed characters constitutedfour main factors. F1 was yield factor, and F2 was oil concentration factor. 3) Superior individuals of high-yield type, high-oil concentrationtype, andhigh-yield and oil concentrationtype were selected by principal component analysis. Nine individuals ranked the top ten in each type including WD-375、WD-385 and WD-390. The results of compound superior individuals’ selection by the three methods were similar.
