摘 要:农田管道输水灌溉系统设计中,经济流速的确定由于涉及工程规模、投资及运行费用等方面,受材料、劳动力、能源价格影响,具有明显的地区差异,确定过程较为复杂。通过建立年费用函数增量的灌溉管网费用函数模型,基于动态规划方法,以管径为变量模拟流速对投资与运行费用的影响过程。给出了适用于宿迁地区不同流量范围塑料管材、管径的经济流速,为宿迁地区农田管道输水灌溉系统管网设计提供了更具体、科学的参考依据。In the design of farmland pipeline irrigation system, the determination of economic flow rate is an important issue which is affected by materials, labor and energy prices due to the scale of the project, investment and operating costs, and there are obvious regional differences. The determination process is very complicated. Through the establishment of the annual cost function increment irrigation pipe cost function model, based on the dynamic programming method, the influence of flow rate on investment and operation cost was simulated by establishing the annual cost function increment model of irrigation pipeline network. The economical flow rate of plastic pipe and pipe diameter for different flow ranges in Suqian area is given, which could provide a more specific and scientific reference for the pipe network design of farmland pipeline irrigation system in Suqian area.
