摘  要:依据银纳米粒子(AgNPs)在多壁碳纳米管(MWCNTs)限域空间内与三聚氰胺的配位反应,制备了一种三聚氰胺萃取电极。讨论了三聚氰胺在该电极上的电化学反应过程。使用自制微电解池系统,建立了一种快速萃取与测定三聚氰胺的分析方法。用线性循环伏安法测定了牛奶粉中三聚氰胺的含量。结果表明,峰电流与三聚氰胺的浓度在1.0×10^-4~0.2g/L与0.2~0.8g/L范围内有良好的线性,线性方程分别为:I(μA)=-617.39c(g/L)+420.65;I(μA)=-264.64c(g/L)+352.67,线性相关系数分别为R1^2=0.9937,R2^2=0.9963。其相对标准偏差(RSD)值为0.65%,样品加标回收率为98.0%~107.3%。Detection of melamine are one of the most important issues in food analysis.A melamine extraction electrode was prepared based on the coordination reaction of silver nanoparticles with melamine in multi-walled carbon nanotubes(MWCNTs).The electrochemical reaction process of melamine on self-made electrode was studied.A new method for rapid determination of melamine with high sensitivity and selectivity was established by using a self-made micro-electrolysis cell system.The results showed that the linear range was 1.0×10^-4-0.2 g/L and 0.2-0.8 g/L while linear equations were I(μA)=617.39 c(g/L)+420.65;I(μA)=264.64 c(g/L)+352.67(linearly determination coefficient is R1^2 =0.9937,R 2^2=0.9963).The RSD(n=7)was 0.65%,confirming that the electrode measurement precision was good.The recovery ranged from 98.0%-107.3%.
