摘  要:南水北调中线总干渠运行期局部高地下水水位段,受地下水水位抬升顶托影响,极易发生渠道衬砌面板隆起失稳破坏。为保证工程安全,在实施工程措施解决问题之前可临时采取调度措施,通过一定限度内抬升渠道运行水位实施蓄水平压,以尽可能减小衬砌面板顶托破坏。结合河南方城高地下水水位段渠道运行水位抬升过程中脱脚河倒虹吸出口控制闸的启用,对控制闸启用的工况条件、操作策略、调度方案以及保障措施等进行了研究,其研究成果对今后控制闸的启用和在渠道蓄水平压中的运用具有指导作用。In partial high groundwater level segments of South-to-North Water Diversion Middle Route Project, the lining of canal can be uplifted or become unstable due to the heightening or jacking force of groundwater level. In order to ensure safety, water storage and surge reduction measure may be adopted temperately, so as to raise water level of the canal and minimize the damage to the lining surface. The study focuses on the working conditions of control gate, operation methods and regulations option as well as safeguarding mechanism, under the scenario of installing control gate at the exit of Tuojiaohe Inverted Siphon during the heightening process of Henan Fangcheng high groundwater level segment. The result has high reference value and can provide guidance to control gate application during water storage and surge reduction of canals in the future.
