摘  要:针对连续作业、离散作业和特殊作业等多种作业单元共存的混合制造模式,对混合作业车间布局运用公理设计的方法进行设计,目标是为了使整个作业车间的生产效率最高、物流费用最低、运送时间最短以及空间利用率最大等。在公理化设计的方法中,运用独立公理对混合作业车间布局进行功能设计,降低了设计难度,保证了设计者在设计过程中能够按照适当的顺序做出合理的决策,保证了布局的合理性与高效性,最后通过实例验证了方法的有效性。For the mixed manufacturing mode in which a plurality of working units coexist, such as continuous operations, discrete operations, and special operations coexist, and a method of axiomatic design is applied to the mixed work shop layout, with the goal of maximizing production efficiency and minimizing logistics costs for the entire work shop. the shortest delivery time and the largest space utilization. In the axiomatic design method, the independent axiom is used to design the function of the mixed operation workshop layout, which reduces the design difficulty and ensures that the designer can make reasonable decisions in the proper order in the design process to ensure the rationality of the layout. With high efficiency, the effectiveness of the method is verified by an example.
