摘 要:为实时监测中东地区GA井存在生产层流体情况,提出一种常规完井和实时监测相结合的完井方案,可在生产过程中将两个生产层适时分采和合采。通过打开和关闭生产层滑套和投捞堵塞器,实现对目的层逐层和两层合并测试,分别取得地层压力、流体温度等数据及两个产层流体样品,与实时监测数据进行对比,两套数据基本吻合,其中压力平均相差0.01MPa,温度平均相差0.5℃。该工艺验证了实时监测技术与完井工艺结合的适用性,为制定油田开发方案和增产措施提供了可靠依据。In order to monitor the fluids of production zone in real time in Well GA in the Middle East region,a completion scheme which combines conventional completion with real-time monitoring was introduced in this paper,which can realize the separate production and commingled production for the two production layers in time during the production process.The target layer was tested together or layer by layer by opening and closing production slipper and fishing plug,and the data of formation pressure,fluid temperature and two production layer fluid samples were obtained respectively.By compared with the real-time monitoring data,it was found that the two sets of data basically coincide with each other.The average differences of pressure and temperature was 0.01 MPa and 0.5℃respectively.The process validates the applicability of the combination of real-time monitoring technology and completion technology,and provides a reliable basis for formulating oilfield development plan and stimulation measures.
