摘　　要：渤海油田常规分注工艺的分层验封与吸水指数测试,需钢丝电缆作业投捞配水器芯子并下入测试仪器,无法满足大斜度注水井分层验封与吸水指数测试的需求。研发的分层注水测试新技术每个注水分层对应一个井下集成配水器,配水器与配水器间、配水器与地面测调控制器间通过一根钢管电缆连接,监控软件实时监测配水器采集的数据,控制各配水器水嘴的开关状态,实现不进行钢丝电缆作业的井下分层验封和分层吸水指数测试。在井斜达68.3度的PL19-3XX井细分6层注水现场应用,分层验封、分层吸水测试、分层吸水指数测试均取得良好效果。该技术实现了分层注水的动态监测,可为安全注水和油藏注采方案的调整提供技术支持。Layered sealing check and water absorption index test of conventional separate injection technology in Bohai Oilfield require steel wire cable operation to fish the core of water distributor and test tools,which cannot meet the needs of layered sealing check and water absorption index test in highly inclined water injection wells.The newly developed layered water injection testing technology can equip a downhole integrated water distributor for each water injection layer.The water distributor is connected with both the other water distributor and the ground monitoring and control device through a steel pipe cable.The monitoring software monitors the data collected by the water distributor in real time and controls the switching status of the water distributor nozzles,thus realizing the underground layered sealing check and water absorption index test without wire cable operation.The reservoir in well PL19-3XX with deviation of 68.3 degree was subdivided into six layers and water injection application was carried out.The results show that good results have been achieved in layered sealing check,layered water absorption test and layered water absorption index test.This technology realizes the dynamic monitoring of layered water injection and provides technical support for safe water injection and adjustment of injection and production schemes of reservoirs.
