摘 要:为解决电磁发射这一类复杂大系统的可靠性和可维性问题,进行了系统和设备健康评估方法的研究。首先,分析了直接采用层次分析方法(analytic hierarchy process, AHP)进行设备健康评估的不足,提出了针对设备中串行功能逻辑结构部分的健康状态指数计算方法,以及用于串行/并行混合功能逻辑结构的健康状态指数计算方法,形成了通用的基于改进层次分析法的设备健康评估方法。在故障用例上对比分析了基于传统AHP的健康评估方法和基于改进AHP的健康评估方法,结果表明:基于改进AHP的健康评估方法更优,更符合实际使用经验。Aiming at the reliability and maintenance of complex large-scale system such as electromagnetic launch system, the methods of system and equipment health assessment are studied, and two health assessment methods are implemented. The shortcomings which using analytic hierarchy process(AHP) directly for the assessment are analyzed, and a method for calculating the health state for serial logic function structure in the device is proposed. The health state index calculation method for the serial functional logical structure part in devices is proposed, and the calculation method for serial/parallel hybrid functional logical structure part in devices is presented, then a general assessment method based on improved AHP is formed. The methods based on traditional AHP and on improved AHP are applied respectively to the fault cases. The verified results prove that the improved AHP method is better in application.
