摘 要:目的:探索临床药师在胃肠外科对胃癌患者营养支持治疗开展药学服务的工作模式。方法:临床药师参与胃肠外科治疗团队,结合胃癌患者营养状况,对其围手术期营养支持提供建议与药学服务。结果和结论:在临床药师的参与下,围手术期胃癌患者得到更优化的营养支持治疗方案。临床药师在构建胃肠外科营养药学服务模式中发挥积极作用。Objective: To explore the mode of pharmaceutical care by clinical pharmacists in nutritional support of the patients with gastric cancer in the department of gastrointestinal surgery.Methods:Being a member of surgical treatment team,clinical pharmacists actively rendered nutritional support and pharmaceutical care in accordance with the nutritional status of gastric carcinoma patients.Results and Conclusion:With active involvement of clinical pharmacists,gastric carcinoma patients during perioperative period were provided with treatment profiles with more optimal nutritional support.Clinical pharmacists could play an active role in the development of nutritional and pharmaceutical care mode in gastrointestinal surgery.
