摘  要:由于肠道菌群在人类疾病的发生发展中扮演着重要作用而被广泛研究。而短链脂肪酸是由人类结肠通过栖息菌群作用产生的重要代谢产物,主要包括乙酸、丙酸、丁酸,在维持肠道健康中发挥重要作用。近年来,丁酸作为肠黏膜细胞的主要能量来源,在细胞能量代谢和肠道内稳态方面的作用备受关注。文章综述丁酸的产生、生理功能及其与肠道疾病、结直肠癌、糖尿病、肝脏疾病等常见疾病发生发展之间的关系,旨在为临床疾病诊疗提供新思路。It is widely studied because the intestinal flora plays an important role in the development of human diseases. Short-chain fatty acids are important metabolites produced by the human colon through the action of the perennial flora, mainly including acetic acid, propionic acid, and butyric acid, which play an important role in maintaining intestinal health. In recent years, butyric acid has been a major source of energy for intestinal mucosal cells, and its role in cell energy metabolism and intestinal homeostasis has received much attention. This article reviews the relationship between the production and physiological functions of butyric acid and its development and development of common diseases such as intestinal diseases, colorectal cancer, diabetes, liver diseases, etc., aiming to provide new ideas for the diagnosis and treatment of clinical diseases.
