摘　　要：目的了解某院静脉用药调配中心抗肿瘤药不合理医嘱情况,促进临床合理用药。方法对静配中心2016年1月~2018年6月抗肿瘤药物医嘱使用不合理的原因进行研究分析,并采取相关措施进行干预,应用卡方检验进行统计学分析。结果某院静脉用药调配中心共审核抗肿瘤药物输液用药医嘱17960份,其中不合理医嘱430例,占2.39%。采取干预措施后,不合理医嘱由原来的3.79%逐渐降至1.40%(P<0.01),医嘱纠正率逐渐提高(P<0.05)。结论静脉用药调配中心对不合理医嘱的审核干预效果好,减少了不合理用药,保证患者用药安全、有效,提高医疗服务质量。Objective Analyze the irrational prescription of antitumor drugs in the Pharmacy Intravenous Admixture Service of a hospital to promote the rationality clinical use of antitumor drugs.Methods Pharmacists analyzed the reasons and intervened the irrational prescription of antitumor drugs in the Pharmacy Intravenous Admixture Service from January 2016 to June 2018.Statistical analyses were performed byχ^2.Results Among the 17 960 reviewed medical orders,430 were irrational(2.39%).After intervention on the use of antitumor drugs,the rate of irrational prescription of antitumor drugs dropped from 3.79%to 1.40%(P<0.01),and the correct rate of prescriptions gradually increased(P<0.05).Conclusion The examination and intervention on the use of antitumor drugs in the Pharmacy Intravenous Admixture Service achieved a considerable outcome,resulting in the reduction of irrational use of drugs,the safe and effective use of the drug,and the improvement in the quality of medical service.
