摘　　要：目的通过PIVAS系统改造提升某院PIVAS的工作效率。方法对比专业的PIVAS系统与原HIS系统中的PIVAS系统在各模块的优越性和对比系统改造前后的工作效率、差错例数。结果新PIVAS系统在医嘱审核上增加了自动审核医嘱数据库功能,省去药师重复审核相同医嘱的不必要工作;新PIVAS系统在批次分配上具有一键划分病区批次功能,无需人工干预;在瓶签打印方面,可以按药品种类、溶媒、主药等方式打印瓶签,实现药物统排,提高排药核对效率,减少差错;新增加输液序号和二维码功能,使输液所有信息都能在计算机上直观反映出来,通过扫描二维码功能来实现退费功能,无需耗费大量人力去寻找退费药品。对比PIVAS系统改造前后发现,日均人工审核医嘱条目由原来956条减少到257条,手工划分批次所耗时由150min缩短到30min,排药核对人员完成工作时间由180min缩短到135min,第一批冲配完成时间由120min缩短到70min,寻找退费药品由60min缩短到0min,输液内差由15例下降到2例,外差由6例减少到1例。结论PIVAS系统改造能提升PIVAS的工作效率,使某院PIVAS整体流程更优化、更高效并降低差错的发生。Objective Improve the efficiency of PIVAS in our hospital through the transformation of PIVAS system.Methods Compared the superiority of the professional PIVAS system and the PIVAS system in the original HIS system in each module,compared the system before and after the transformation of the working efficiency,the number of examples of errors.Results The new PIVAS system has added the function of automatically checking the doctor's orders database on the examination of doctors'orders,which saves the unnecessary work of the pharmacists to review the same doctor's orders repeatedly,and the new PIVAS system has the function of dividing the sick area batch by one click on the batch distribution,without manual intervention.In the bottle label printing,according to the drug type,solvent,main drugs and other ways to print bottles,achieve drug discharge,improve the efficiency of drug discharge check,reduce errors;The new function of transfusion sequence number and QR code is added,so that all the information of transfusion can be reflected directly on the computer,and the function of refund can be realized by scanning the function of QR code,and it does not need to expend a lot of manpower to find the medicine for refund.Compared with the PIVAS system before and after modification,the daily manual audit items were reduced from 956 to 257,the time spent on manual batch division was shortened from 150min to 30 minutes,and the completion time of drug discharge checking staff was shortened from 180min to 135 minutes.The completion time of the first batch was shortened from 120 min to 70 mins,the time of searching for refunded drugs was shortened from 60 min to 0 mins,the intra-infusion difference decreased from 15 cases to 2 cases,and the heterodyne decreased from 6 cases to 1 case.Conclusion The improvement of PIVAS system can improve the efficiency of PIVAS,make the whole flow of PIVAS in our hospital more optimized,more efficient and reduce the occurrence of errors.
