磷霉素联合加替沙星注射液对肺结核合并下呼吸道感染患者的临床价值分析

摘　　要：目的探析磷霉素联合加替沙星注射液治疗肺结核合并下呼吸道感染的效果。方法选取某院2018年3月~2019年2月收治的肺结核合并下呼吸道感染患者60例为对象,根据治疗方法分组,对照组患者给予常规抗结核方案+加替沙星治疗,观察组患者在对照组的基础上给予磷霉素治疗。结果观察组治疗总有效率100.0%高于对照组的治疗总有效率86.67%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率10.0%与对照组的不良反应发生率13.33%对比差异不明显;观察组细菌清除率96.67%高于对照组的细菌清除率73.33%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论磷霉素联合加替沙星治疗肺结核合并下呼吸道感染疗效确切,促进感染的控制,缩短治疗疗程,且不会增加不良反应发生。Objective To investigate the effect of fosfomycin combined with gatifloxacin injection in the treatment of pulmonary tuberculosis combined with lower respiratory tract infection.Methods 60 patients with pulmonary tuberculosis complicated with lower respiratory tract infection admitted to our hospital from March 2018 to February 2019 were selected as objects.According to the treatment methods,the control group was divided into groups,and the control group was given routine anti-tuberculosis regimen+gatifloxacin treatment,while the observation group was given fosfomycin treatment on the basis of the control group.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 100.0%higher than that of the control group,which was 86.67%(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 10.0%compared with 13.33%in the control group,and there was no significant difference.The bacterial clearance rate of the observation group was 96.67%higher than that of the control group,which was 73.33%(P<0.05).Conclusion Fosfomycin combined with gatifloxacin in the treatment of pulmonary tuberculosis with lower respiratory tract infection is effective,promotes the control of infection,shortens the course of treatment,and does not increase the occurrence of adverse reactions.
