摘　　要：支气管哮喘是儿科常见的呼吸系统疾病,临床以反复发作性咳嗽喘促,喉间哮鸣为主症,严重影响儿童身心健康。该病病因复杂,迁延难愈,目前尚无确切的根治方法。国医大师王烈教授,致力于中医药防治儿科疾病的理论与实践研究,在传承古人的基础上多有创新,对哮喘预防和诊治有独到见解,制定综合治疗措施,研制系列方药,在未病先防、既病防变及瘥后防复环节全程干预,并形成了系列诊疗方案,降低了本病的发病率和复发次数,在临床广为应用。Bronchial asthma is a common respiratory disease in pediatrics.It is clinically characterized by recurrent cough,dyspnea,and wheezing in the throat,which affects children's physical and mental health seriously.The pathogeny of the disease is complicated and it is difficult to heal.There is no exact cure method at present.Professor Wang Lie,a master of Chinese medicine,has been committing to the theoretical and practical research on the prevention and treatment of pediatric diseases.He has many innovations on the basis of inheriting the ancient medical science.He has unique insights into the prevention and treatment of asthma,formulating comprehensive treatment measures,and developing a series of prescriptions.He applies the method of intervention to the whole process of the disease:preventing the disease,preventing its getting more severe,and preventing its recurrence.As a result,a series of treatment schemes have been formed,which has reduced the incidence of the disease and the number of recurrences,and it has been widely used clinically.
