俞景茂教授运用止嗽方治疗小儿咳嗽经验

摘　　要：止嗽散出自程钟龄的《医学心悟》,可治新久咳嗽,无论外感内伤,皆可用之。俞景茂教授认为止嗽散用药充分注意到肺为娇脏的生理特性,治疗在于顺应肺之性能并恢复其生理功能,袪邪安肺,具有宣降肺气、润肺化痰止咳之功。并以止嗽散为基础,加上杏仁、炙冬花、浙贝、川贝等拟成止嗽方在临床辨证加减运用,治疗小儿咳嗽,如咳嗽变异性哮喘、感染后咳嗽等,疗效显著。Zhi Sou powder,from Yi Xue Xin Wu by Cheng Zhongling,can be used in the treatment of cough(newly-onset or persistent),whether it's caused by internal or external factors.Prof.Yu Jingmao believes that the administration of Zhi Sou powder takes the physiological feature of the lung being tender into account,and the treatment should focus on recovering the pulmonary function by ventilating lung and relieving cough,and moistening lung and removing phlegm.Based on the Zhi Sou powder,almond,Zhi Dong Hua,Zhe Bei and Chuan Bei are added to make the Zhi Sou formula,which is used by differentiation and modification in the clinical treatment of children with cough,and the effect is significant.
