多样性护理方式在小儿支气管哮喘中的应用效果及对肺功能的影响研究

摘　　要：目的探究对小儿支气管哮喘患儿应用多样化护理方式的临床效果及对肺功能的影响。方法2017年3月至2018年10月我院儿科选取小儿支气管哮喘患儿82例进行研究,依据患儿入院先后顺序分为对照组与观察组各41例。对照组采用常规护理方式,观察组采用多样性护理方式,观察对比两组患儿肺功能改善情况以及护理满意度。结果观察组患儿护理后肺功能得到明显改善,其最大呼气流量(PEF)、一秒用力呼气容积(FEV1)、用力肺活量(PVC)水平均显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患儿家属护理满意率为95.12%(39/41),显著高于对照组78.05%(32/41),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对小儿支气管哮喘患儿应用多样性护理的效果较好,可促进患儿肺功能改善,减轻患儿不适感,提高护理满意度,值得推广。ObjectiveTo explore the clinical effect of diversified nursing methods in children with bronchial asthma and its influence on pulmonary function.MethodsFrom March 2017 to October 2018,82 children with bronchial asthma in Pediatric Department of our hospital were selected for study.According to the order of admission,the children were divided into control group and observation group with 41 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,while the observation group was given diversified nursing.The improvement in pulmonary function and nursing satisfaction were observed and compared between the two groups.ResultsThe pulmonary function in the observation group was significantly improved.The maximum expiratory flow(PEF),forced expiratory volume(FEV1)and forced vital capacity(PVC)in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction rate of the family members of the observation group was 95.12%(39/41),which was significantly higher than that of the control group(78.05%,32/41),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).ConclusionDiversified nursing has better effect on children with bronchial asthma.It can promote the improvement of pulmonary function,alleviate discomfort and improve nursing satisfaction.It is worth promoting.
