摘  要:随着汽电双驱系统在电厂、工厂中的普及,对电动机在起动状态、运行状态、发电状态时电磁转矩的稳定性进行分析和改进是有必要的。通过对电动机起动阶段、稳定运行阶段仿真,对电磁转矩进行理论推导,分析电动机在起动过程中各个参数对转矩振荡的影响,推导出电机电磁转矩与气隙磁密之间的关系方程,计算电机电磁转矩与电机谐波的关系。以上海电机厂有限公司汽电双驱项目中三相异步电动机/发电机为依据,通过Ansoft软件建模仿真分析电动机起动和运行过程,利用Matlab软件计算异步电动机/发电机的电磁转矩和转矩中的谐波分量,分析电动机转矩震荡的因素,求解各谐波转矩。With the popularization of the steam-electric double drive system in power plants and factories,it is necessary to study the stability of the electromagnetic torque at the starting and running states of the motor.The present paper simulates the starting stage and the stable running stage of the motor.The theory formula electromagnetic torque is deduced,the influence of the motor parameters on the motor torque is analyzed,the relationship between the electromagnetic torque of the motor and the air gap magnetic density is obtained,and the relationship between the electromagnetic torque and the harmonic of the motor is proposed.The present paper is based on the three-phase asynchronous motor generator and supported by the steam-electric double drive project of Shanghai Electric Machinery Co.,Ltd.Applying ANSOFT to the running simulation of the motor and calculating the motor electromagnetic torque and the harmonic component of the torque by Matlab,the present paper analyzes the factors of the motor torque shock and obtains the value of each harmonic torque.
