摘 要:特高压直流换流阀在运行过程中会产生高达兆瓦级的热量,但由于换流阀出水的温度为50~60℃,属于低品位热源,回收利用难度大,难以有效地开展余热回收和利用,容易造成能源极大的浪费。为解决这个问题,提出了一种基于余热回收利用的新型换流阀冷却系统--换流阀余热综合利用系统。该系统采用热泵技术吸收换流阀余热,提高了热源的热品位,从而可以驱动吸收式系统工作进行制冷制热,实现换流阀冷却以及余热回收利用。从试验和模拟分析结果来看,该系统可以实现冷热联供,满足阀厅等场所的制冷制热需求,可以提升阀冷系统的可靠性,经济成本优势明显。UHVDC converter valve generates up to mega-watt heat during operation, but the outlet water temperature of the converter valve is 50~60 ℃, which is a low-grade heat source, and is difficult to perform residual heat recovery and utilization effectively, resulting in a great waste of energy. To solve this problem, a new converter valve cooling system, comprehensive residual heat utilization system of converter valve, is proposed. The system uses heat pump technology to absorb the residual heat of the converter valve and improve its heat grade, so that the absorption system can be driven to carry out refrigeration or heating, and the cooling of the converter valve and the recovery and utilization of the waste heat can be realized. Experiments and simulation results show that the system proposed here can achieve the combined supply of cold and heat, satisfy the cooling and heating needs of valve hall. In addition, the system can improve the reliability of valve cooling system and has economic advantages.
