摘　　要：本文介绍张力的种类与作用、张力的实质,对张力控制系统进行深入地研究,包括:基于咬入阶段的冲击速降模型;基于稳定运行阶段,研究张力计模型、张力转换为单位张力的模型、张力控制系统模型;基于张力辊下降阶段的“递减梯度张力”控制模型。本文提出了改进的变参数张力控制模型,最后根据经验总结进行张力设定值的选定。This paper introduces the classification and function of tension, the essence of tension.The in-depth study of tension control system, includes: the speed-impacted model based on bite-in stage;based on the steady-state operation, the model of tension meter is studied,and the model of tension transformation converting into unit tension and the model of tension control system;the control model based on the “decreasing gradient tension” in the tension roll lowering stage. The improved variable parameter tension control model is proposed. Finally, the selection of the tension set value is based on the experience summary.
