摘　　要：农村留守老人心理健康的影响因素是多方面的,针对其心理健康状况的改善对策也应该是全方位、立体化的。本文首先阐述了促进农村留守老人心理健康状态所需的基本要素,然后从个人、家庭、社会、国家(政府)四个层面提出相应的建议,探讨农村留守老人心理帮扶体系的建立。There are many factors influencing the mental health of the left-behind elderly in rural areas,and the measures to improve their mental health should be all-round and three-dimensional.This paper first expounds the basic elements needed to promote the mental health state of the rural left-behind elderly,and then puts forward corresponding suggestions from the four aspects of individuals,families,society and the country(government)to discuss the establishment of the mental support system for the rural left-behind elderly.
