摘  要:目的探究肺动脉高压患者通过多层螺旋CT诊断的临床应用价值。方法此次研究选择2016年10月-2017年10月我院收治肺动脉高压患者121例作为观察对象,均接受16排多层螺旋CT诊断,与临床诊断结果比较,分析准确率,同时总结肺动脉高压患者CT具体影像表现。结果多层螺旋CT诊断准确率与临床诊断结果比较无明显差异(P>0.05),所有患者主肺动脉直径平均(3.34±0.25)cm,左侧主肺动脉直径平均(2.41±0.23)cm,右侧肺动脉直径平均(2.45±0.22)cm。患者CT影像出现玻璃样改变、马赛克征、小叶间隔增厚等。结论肺动脉高压患者以多层螺旋CT诊断准确率较高,且有助于判定病因,值得临床应用推广。Objective To explore the clinical value of multi-slice spiral CT diagnosis in patients with pulmonary hypertension. Methods From October 2016 to October 2017, 121 patients with pulmonary hypertension in our hospital were selected as observation subjects. All patients underwent 16-slice multi-slice spiral CT diagnosis. The clinical diagnosis results were compared, the accuracy of analysis was analyzed, and pulmonary hypertension patientd’ CT specific imaging findings were summarized. Results There was no significant difference between the diagnostic accuracy of multi-slice spiral CT and clinical diagnosis (P>0.05). The average diameter of the main pulmonary artery was (3.34±0.25) cm in all patients, and the average diameter of the left main pulmonary artery was (2.41±0.23) cm. The pulmonary artery diameter averaged (2.45±0.22) cm. The patient's CT image showed a glassy change, a mosaic sign, and a small leaflet interval thickening. Conclusion The diagnostic accuracy of multi-slice spiral CT in patients with pulmonary hypertension is high, and it is helpful to determine the etiology. It is worthy of clinical application.
