高锰酸钾溶液联合手术治疗下肢静脉性溃疡30例临床研究

摘　　要：目的探讨高锰酸钾溶液联合手术治疗下肢静脉性溃疡30例临床疗效的观察。方法对本院2015年1月-2018年7月本科室收治的下肢静脉性溃疡30例患者住院行0.1%高锰酸钾溶液浸泡,联合手术治疗下肢静脉性溃疡,术后观察溃疡愈合及复发情况。结果本组所有患肢溃疡均愈合,愈合平均时间(2.1±0.8)个月,术后切口淋巴漏1例,给予加压治疗后自愈,无静脉血栓形成病例,术后随访3个月-12个月无溃疡复发。结论高锰酸钾溶液联合手术治疗下肢静脉性溃疡经济、有效。Objective To investigate the effects of potassium permanganate solution combined surgery in treating lower limb vein ulcer of 30 cases.Method To observe ulcer healing and recurrence of postoperative of 30 patients of our hospital between January 2015 and July 2018 who suffered from lower limb vein ulcer by treating with 0.1%potassium permanganate solution and surgery.Result All cases got a result of limb ulcer healing in(2.1±0.8)months,one suffer from postoperative incision lymphatic leakage and healing after compression treatment.No case of venous thrombosis,no ulcer recurrence within 3 to 12 months of follow-up.Conclusion The therapeutic combination of potassium permanganate solution and surgery is an economical and effectivein way in treating lower limb vein ulcer.
